New AP Product Features

Monthly Metrics Can Be Filtered By Company

You can now filter monthly metrics reports by company. At the top of each report, the new "Filter By Company" option enables you to view metrics for a specific company or continue to see consolidated data across all AP companies by leaving the filter blank.

Mapping Conflicts Are Easier To Resolve

As we prepare for the release of our Smart Rule Engine, also known as Vendor Management, we’ve addressed user feedback around mapping rule conflicts that could impact STP on Company or Invoice Routing Category fields. It’s now significantly easier to identify and manage these conflicts, streamlining your workflow moving forward.

Better Support for Invoice Approval Groups

For clients using our Invoice Approvals within Infor FSM we have added better tracking and functionality around "group approvals" where there may be more then one approver assigned to an invoice at a time. 

New Platform Features

Ability to Export User Context

Clients leveraging User Context now have the option to export user context data directly to an Excel file for review. If you have access to your user context, an "Export" option will be visible within the platform. For those without access, RPI can provide an export for you by submitting a support ticket, and our team will make sure you receive the information as needed.
