      Yoga Release Notes July 17th, 2023

      Release Notes for RPI's Yoga Software: New Features, Solution Updates, and Bug Fixes. 

      New Product Features

      Product Features are integrated into our Application Code and are a part of every Yoga Content Production tenant.

      • Moving Documents from Awaiting Payment to Paid Queue

        A new feature for all Yoga for FSM customers is now live in which documents marked as paid in Infor will automatically move to a new "Paid" queue in Yoga Content. This feature provides more visibility into which invoices are in the Awaiting Payment status and which invoices are in a Paid status.

      Opt-In Features

      Opt-In Features are product line features/functionalities that clients can opt-in, and are not automatically integrated into your Production tenant. Please contact your Client Success Manager for guidance on opting-in. 

      • "Filter By" Invoice Filtering Dropdown for AP Views 

         A new dropdown invoice filtering option, "Filter By," is now available as an opt-in feature for all Yoga for FSM customers. The new filter offers similar functionality to the existing filters available on AP Views, however, the dropdown filter options are presented in a more standard and intuitive manner. If opted-in, the "Filter By" feature will be a dropdown on selected AP Views, and the existing filters located on the columns of each selected AP View will be removed.

      Platform Updates

      • Reduced OCR Downtime 

         A new backend process has been created to reduce OCR downtime for Yoga Content for Accounts Payable customers.

      Bug Fixes

      • Ability to Support Emails with a Large Number of Attachments
        A bug where customers could not ingest emails with a large number of attachments has been resolved. All Yoga Content customers will now be able to ingest emails with over 100 attachments. 
      • Report Column Display

        A bug that occasionally caused new columns to not display correctly on Yoga Content for FSM reports has been resolved.
