Release Notes for RPI's Yoga Software: New Features, Solution Updates, and Bug Fixes.

New Product Features

Product Features are integrated into our Application Code and are a part of every Yoga Content Production tenant

Ability to Bypass Encrypted Locks on PDFs

New ability for the system to bypass the encryption for OCR. This will resolve issues for any clients that utilize OCR with Encrypted PDFs.
Ability to Monitor Form Outside of the Authorization
Created the ability for Yoga Content for HR users who do not have a Yoga Content account to be provided a URL to a form they can edit and submit.

Opt-In Features

Opt-In Features are Product line Feature/functionality that clients can Opt-In, and are not automatically integrated into your Production tenant. Please contact your Client Success Manager for approval to Opt-In.

Email Failure Monitor Functionality
A new job type ( Handle Email Failures) is available to monitor email failures. The job now allows for any email tied to a document to be routed to an error queue if the email fails to send. A destination queue must be selected when setting up the job. A pop-up will show if there are failed emails that have been re-routed.

Bug Fixes

Resetting Forms Disables My Profile Dropdown
A bug where when a user resets a form on the Capture page, disabled the My Profile dropdown has been resolved.
