New EDI Solution and AD Sync Mechanisms

New Product Features

E-Invoicing EDI

Bid farewell to the hassle of managing EDI Inbound rules and tackling EDI errors through interface tables. Our latest E-Invoice for EDIs makes handling the process of EDI records effortlessly! We can now receive your EDI records from any major provider, generate the images, and complete cognitive lookups and matching on these records. If there are exceptions those will stop in your AP Review with a mocked up image, and if there are none, will flow seamlessly into the Infor FSM application.

Azure AD Syncs

Additional functionality has been added to our azure AD syncs that allow for the handling of name changes or email updates better by utilizing the Azure OID. If your organization is not utilizing AD Syncs to manage your users please reach out and learn more about how to enable this at your organization. 

Platform Updates

• AP - Checkboxes can now be blocked via permissions/queues
  Previously, checkboxes could only be blocked through document type permissions, limiting flexibility for our Purchasing teams. This has since been enhanced and updated.
  
• Cross Product Line - New Job Management
  RPI has been working diligently to ensure that our crucial job system maintains optimal performance and visibility. This ongoing effort guarantees that our jobs remain reliable and seamlessly operate in the background.
