New Product Features

• Send Email via Invoice Now Sends One Group Email

  Updated the Send Email via Invoice feature so that when multiple recipients are entered, Yoga sends a single email to all listed recipients instead of sending separate messages with recipients hidden in BCC. This supports more transparent group communication while keeping the Yoga user copied on the email as they are today. Audit history, logging, recipient limits, templates, and attachments are unchanged.

• Typeahead Recipient Suggestions for Send Email via Invoice
  Added typeahead recipient suggestions to the To field in Send Email via Invoice. Suggestions can include matches from your Active Directory and previously used email addresses, helping users enter recipients more quickly while also supporting vendor and other external contacts that have been emailed before.

•  Send Email Modal No Longer Closes on Outside Click
  Updated the Send Email window from an invoice so it will no longer close if a user clicks outside of it. This helps prevent accidental closure and reduces the chance of losing anything already entered. If information has been added, Yoga will ask for confirmation before closing.
  

• Improved Email Preview Content
  Updated outbound emails from Yoga so the message content now appears before the client logo. This change helps email previews display meaningful message text instead of image links or system-generated content, making emails appear clearer and more trustworthy to recipients. This update applies across all outbound emails and all clients, with no changes to branding or email functionality beyond the layout adjustment.

Bug Fixes

• Invoice Save Error with Missing OCR Value
  Resolved an issue that could prevent an invoice from being saved when certain OCR field data was missing behind the scenes, such as Invoice Date or Due Date. With this update, invoices can now be saved successfully even if that hidden OCR value is not present.
• Email Last Sent Equals Filter Now Returns Matching Results
  Resolved an issue where the Equals filter for Email Last Sent did not return expected results in views. The filter now correctly matches records for the selected calendar date, even when the stored email timestamp includes a specific time
  
• Improved User Search in Mass Assign
  Resolved an issue where searching for a processor in Mass Assign could return incorrect or confusing results when searching by name. Search behavior now returns more accurate matches for user selection, helping users find and assign the correct processor more reliably.

• Leadership Management Dashboard
  A new dashboard designed to provide leadership-level visibility into operational metrics and performance insights.
• Statement Matching
  A new integrated workflow to help users manage, review, and reconcile vendor statements within Yoga.
• Databricks
  Expanded custom reporting capabilities to support more flexible report building and deeper data analysis.
  
• EDI Add-On Cost Display Improvements 
   Improved display of Add-On Costs on EDI invoice images. This update applies to clients currently processing EDI records in Yoga and provides clearer add-on details, including type, code, and description when available, to make charges and allowances easier to review. If this applies to your solution, your consultant will coordinate setup and rollout.
