Release Notes for RPI's Yoga Software: New Features, Solution Updates, and Bug Fixes.

New Product Features

Product Features are integrated into our Application Code and are a part of every Yoga Content Production tenant.

User Context Search Update
Users can utilize a "contains" search within User Context that is case-insensitive. User context is a section in which managers can update record access criteria or data filters for specific users within their system.
Automatically open and parse Email (.eml) files
Enhanced functionality to the Yoga Connect Intelligent Email Connector to automatically open and parse the .eml files for supported document types.

Opt-In Features

Opt-In Features are Product line Feature/functionality that clients can Opt-In, and are not automatically integrated into your Production tenant. Please contact your Client Success Manager to discuss your Opt-In options.

Service Contract Support
Yoga for FSM clients can choose to utilize a new invoice field type that supports Service Contracts.
Route to Error Queue for Unsupported or blank files
Yoga Connect Intelligent Email Connector will allow for emails to be routed to an error queue if the email contains no attachments or contains unsupported attachments. These are optional parameters that are set up by our Client Success team.

Platform Updates

Updated Yoga Logo
The Yoga logo within the Yoga application has been updated to be more streamlined and simplified.

Yoga Content Status Page
Users may access a newly added status page, which shows the operational status of each of Yoga Content's integration points, as well as core application impacts.

Bug Fixes

PO Extended Amount Calculation Error
A bug that occasionally caused the Purchase Order Extended Amount calculation to fail has been resolved.
Dynamic Route Buttons Not Working with Reason Codes

A bug that caused the dynamic route buttons to not work as expected with Reason Codes has been resolved.
Time Zone Display

A bug that caused the time zone page to display and refresh incorrectly has been resolved. When viewing the main job page it will show all times in CST providing you with consistent and reliable time information. Additionally, a "Last Run Status" has been added for more detailed information.
Invoice Amount Sorting
A bug that caused numbers in the views to be sorted by first digit only has been fixed. This bug fix will take configuration by RPI consultants in the upcoming weeks in the Production environment.
