Improvements to Reason Codes

We have improved the visual clarity of our Reason Codes by standardizing the naming conventions, introducing a color-coding system, and adding a dropdown selection for filtering views. These enhancements will simplify the differentiation between various code types, leading to more efficient workflows during the review process. If your system is set up with custom reason codes, our SaaS Support Team will take care of configuring the color-coding for you.

Bug Fixes

Overview Report Processing Differential Incorrect 

The report previously displayed an inflated number of processed documents due to counting some documents multiple times across different routes. This issue has been identified and resolved, ensuring that the processed record count is now accurate.

Reports One Day Off

There was a discrepancy in how the reports interpreted the creation dates of documents, causing all dates to appear one day earlier than intended (for example, the current day was displayed as yesterday). This issue has now been resolved.
