Release Notes for RPI's Yoga Software: New Features, Solution Updates, Bug Fixes, and Upcoming Releases.
New Product Features
Product Features are integrated into our Application Code and are a part of every Yoga Production tenant.
Vendor Rules Command Center Tracks Live Rule Performance!
For teams that manage vendor rules: the Vendor Rules Command Center now follows a rule lifecycle, not just up to approval.
- See how rules perform in the real world. Approved rules show live performance data alongside their testing accuracy: how often each rule fires, how the value is applied, and how accurate the rule has been in day-to-day processing, so your vendor management team can make informed decisions about active rules.
- Queues that sort the work for you. Built-in queues pre-sort rules so pending reviews and live rules are easier to work through, and the filters now offer more options in simple dropdowns.
- Save your views. Build a filter once and save it as a view, just for yourself or for every vendor management user in your environment. Your view is still there when you leave the page and come back.
- Mappings included. The mappings page shows the same live performance data, so you can see how your mappings behave in production too.
- Built-in explainer. A short breakdown right on the page describes how the rule performance model works.

Faster Loading for Yoga Home Screen
We slimmed down what your browser has to download before Yoga's first screen appears. Heavier components now load only when a page actually needs them, so signing in and getting to work is noticeably quicker, especially on slower connections.
- Legacy PO Numbers Recognized
For organizations that migrated purchase orders from a legacy system: Yoga now recognizes legacy PO numbers on its own. When a PO number on a document isn't found in your master data, Yoga also checks the reference field where migrated numbers are stored, so those purchase orders are matched instead of being flagged as not found. This applies to both invoice and packing slip validation, and it is now standard for every client.
Bug Fixes
- Lookup Searches
Two lookup issues are fixed: typed searches in form lookups (like GL and PO entry) that could return zero results now find matching records, and tabbing off a lookup field now correctly falls back to searching every column when there is no exact match, auto-filling the field when exactly one record matches.
- Packing Slip Activity Drilldown Loads
The Routing Activity drilldown on the Packing Slip Overview loaded with errors for some environments. It now loads correctly. - Vendor Assignment Rules Match Numeric Names
Some teams assign vendors using rules based on the first character of the vendor name. When that character was a number, the rule was being read incorrectly and the vendor would not assign automatically. Vendors whose names start with a digit now match their intended rule and assign on their own.
-
Restricted Users See Their Vendor Rules
Users with limited permissions saw a blank vendor rules pane instead of the rules they were allowed to view. The pane now shows exactly what their permissions grant.
Upcoming Releases
Planned Features for upcoming releases; timing may shift based on testing and feedback
- Customer Service Agent
Answers vendor invoice status and payment questions that arrive in your AP inbox, pulling the answer straight from the transaction record so routine inquiries never reach your team. Still in development for environments that use the client email inbox. -
Agentic Foundation
Agentic Foundation is the platform layer for Yoga's next generation of intelligent invoice processing, with two concurrent workstreams in development:
Context Manager — A central knowledge layer for your organization's AP context: policies, vendor knowledge, and processing rules that power AI capabilities across the platform.
Agentic Invoice Processor — AI agents that process invoices end-to-end, resolve exceptions that rule-based automation cannot, with human oversight at every step.
-
Search All Returns
By popular demand, the Search All box is coming back to lookup windows, list views, and mass-assign pickers. You asked, we listened. And it will be better than it was: a true contains match across every column, with complete, correct results.
