Release Notes for RPI's Yoga Software: New Features, Solution Updates, and Bug Fixes.
New Product Features
Product Features are integrated into our Application Code and are a part of every Yoga Content Production tenant.
- OCR Script Updates
Improvements have been made to streamline functions of the Yoga for FSM intelligent capture automation validation process, which will ultimately improve Straight Through Processing performance and user experience.
- Reason Codes in AP Review
Functionality has been added for Yoga for FSM clients that will indicate the reason why a document has stopped in the AP Review Queue. Reason Codes are located in the Document Notes tab of the invoice.
Opt-In Features
Opt-In Features are Product line Feature/functionality that clients can Opt-In, and are not automatically integrated into your Production tenant. Please contact your Client Success Manager to discuss your Opt-In options.
- Supporting Documentation Upload
Yoga for FSM clients now have the option to leverage a feature allowing for uploading supporting documentation alongside invoices. This feature provides users in the application an outstanding opportunity to streamline the inter-departmental collaboration process by ensuring all required supporting information is readily accessible within the invoice record.
Platform Updates
- Unpairing Lines Form Triggers
Users will notice an improved Line Pairing experience while processing invoices. - OCR Improvements for Large Documents
Improvements have been made to application performance during the processing and loading of large documents. For documents over 30 pages, only the first two and the last two pages will have data extracted. - Key Value Pair Additional Functionality
The intelligent data capture functionality now supports the capture of additional data fields, improving overall capture performance.
