New AP Product Features
AOC Columns Now Support Checkboxes and Master Data Lookups
As we have worked with clients navigating complex state tax requirements, we have continued to expand the functionality of our AOC's to support more complicated tax logic. These AP teams have Yoga and their AP processors on the front lines of tax compliance. To support this, we have added the ability to include checkboxes and master data lookups in the complex AOC components, which allow the AP team to process AOCs properly. If you have additional processes you would like to review with your consultant, please contact your consultant or customer success team!
Modifications to the Field Rules Mapping System
As we continue to enhance the Vendor Management Learning System, our focus has been on the learned and managed mapping tables. These tables can be populated either manually or automatically based on the actions taken by your AP Team. In this sprint, we have introduced the capability to identify conflicting mappings and provide resolutions for these conflicts. Currently, access to the mapping system is limited to the RPI team; however, we plan to extend this functionality to our AP Team members soon. This will empower them to manage and maintain the mapping tables proactively, ultimately improving the straight-through processing (STP) of the system. In the upcoming months your consultant may be meeting with you to understand how the AP team picks certain IRC's to help automate the extraction and populate of the IRC.

New Multi-Mailbox Job
The newly introduced multi-mailbox job enables the RPI team to streamline the management of tasks across multiple mailboxes within your system. This enhancement facilitates quicker identification and resolution of issues, as well as timely notifications. Additionally, the new job features improved testing capabilities to assist clients during the onboarding process to our application. While this is primarily a backend enhancement, it significantly enhances our consultants' ability to provide effective support to our clients.
