Release Notes for RPI's Yoga Software: New Features, Solution Updates, and Bug Fixes.

New Product Features

Product Features are integrated into our Application Code and are a part of every Yoga Content Production tenant.

Update to CSV Download feature
When users use the "Download to CSV" feature, they will now find that the downloaded file includes the Date & Time of the download request. As a result, your download files will now have a format like {ViewName}-MM-DD-YYYY X.XX AM/PM.
Yoga Inbox Bounce Back Email
When a user receives an email from Yoga and attempts to reply, a warning will pop up alerting them it is a No Reply inbox. If the user continues forward and sends a reply, they will receive a bounce-back email confirming that their response went to an unmonitored inbox.

Platform Updates

Improvements to OCR script
An enhancement to the OCR script for all Yoga FSM clients now allows the vendor lookup to include the PO Vendor, which significantly improves the Vendor selection during the OCR process.

Bug Fixes

Save as Draft for AP eForm
A bug that was preventing users from saving the AP eForm as draft has been resolved. This can be enabled for clients if you would like the ability to save the AP eForm at any stage, even if required fields are not filled out.
Reporting: Bar Charts Data
A bug regarding reports not retrieving the full amount of data if the Date Selector date range was more than 30 days has been resolved.
Supporting Documentation External Warning
We have resolved an issue where extra blank lines were being added to the email PDF when companies included an "External Warning" in the email.
Reason Code Dropdown Update
A bug where a reason code was included in the reason code dropdown list but did not allow for routing has been resolved.
