Updates to Send Email, Payments Syncs & Ability to Download Monthly Metrics Report
New AP Product Features
Enhanced Vendor Communications: Invoice Emails Sent From Your Organization
Yoga now supports sending invoice and vendor emails directly through a tenant’s Microsoft 365 mailbox using Microsoft Graph. This allows all communications to come from the organization’s designated Finance/AP address rather than an individual or a SendGrid “no-reply.” This improves vendor trust, ensures messages appear in Outlook Sent Items, aligns with organizational email policies, and removes the unsubscribe links required by SendGrid—significantly reducing accidental or unwanted unsubscribes. Emails continue to use Yoga’s branded template with full attachment support. If your organization is interested in enabling this feature, please reach out to the SaaS team to begin configuration for your tenant.
Enhanced Payment Visibility in Document Notes
Yoga now provides a clearer, more intuitive view of an invoice’s payment activity by automatically adding payment updates directly into the Document Notes feed and refreshing the invoice’s form fields with the latest information. These notes appear alongside the other activity users already rely on, making payment details easy to spot and even easier to follow.
Each payment entry includes helpful information such as the payment number, date, amount, status (issued, cleared, voided, canceled, reissued), and which system it came from. A new Payments filter in Document Notes allows users to quickly zero in on payment-related updates whenever they need them.
Once enabled, Yoga keeps this information continuously in sync, eliminating the need to jump into Infor or manually verify payment statuses. AP teams gain a streamlined, reliable way to confirm cleared checks, research reissues, or validate payment activity—all from within the same invoice workspace.
Organizations interested in enabling this enhancement can reach out to their SaaS team.

Monthly Metrics – Download to Excel
AP leaders can now export the Monthly Metrics report directly to Excel using the new “Download to Excel” button. The exported file reflects exactly what you see in the UI—respecting all applied filters, date ranges, and column values—and is delivered as a clean, single-sheet .xlsx file. Each export is automatically named with your tenant and month, making it easy to organize and share. This enhancement streamlines offline analysis, enables smoother collaboration, and removes the need for manual copy/paste work when reviewing monthly AP performance.

Bug Fixes
Fix: Reliable Tenant Switching from Admin Pages
We identified and resolved an infrequent issue where tenant switches from the new Admin / Tenant Config pages didn’t always apply right away. Switching tenants now works seamlessly on the first try.
