      Yoga Release Notes February 26, 2024

      Release Notes for RPI's Yoga Software: New Features, Solution Updates, and Bug Fixes.

      New Product Features

      Product Features are integrated into our Application Code and are a part of every Yoga Content Production tenant.

      • Ability to ingest CSV and XLS files into Yoga FSM
        • Functionality to upload CSV and XLS files for auto-assignment or bulk actions in Yoga FSM. Yoga will identify the column headers provided and bulk upload for a variety of scenarios. Please reach out to your Customer Success Manager to discuss options for your organization. 
          • Example use case: Bulk importing User Assignments for Invoice Processing
        • This feature is an opt-in feature and will require additional configuration. To enable this feature, please reach out to your Client Success Manager.
      • Text Extraction
        • Our new text extraction feature allows you to effortlessly extract and complete forms directly from your images. Starting on February 27th, any documents OCR'ed can easily fill in any missing information on your forms by simply clicking into the field and holding down the CTRL key. Whether it's a lookup, currency, or text field, just press the control button after clicking on the form field to activate the text extractor.

      • Form Tracking through Content Events 
        • Form field tracking in the Event History via the right-hand form fields. 
        • This permission has been added to AP Super Users and Management Representatives, if you wish to have this applied to other groups reach out to your Customer Success Manager

      • You can also download the Form Tracking logs via the "Download Form Changes" option in the top right ellipses. 
      • New Reason Code: Hold Invoice
        • Use the "HOLD INVOICE" reason code and upon saving, you will be required to put a comment. On the list views, this record will appear with "pause" icon to show this record is on hold. You will need to remove the reason code to route the document. 
        • Processors are still able to open the On Hold documents, review document notes, and see the On Hold reason, but all edit and route capabilities are restricted.
