Enhancement to Infor Data Integration, Improvement to EDI Invoices, & Ability for Admins to Export User List

New Product Features

    Enhancement to Infor Data Integration

We have enhanced our data integration with Infor to ensure accurate classification of invoices that have been canceled. This improvement enables our reporting data and the Awaiting Payment Queue to better represent the number of invoices that remain open and pending payment.

    Improvement to EDI Invoices

To improve EDI image generation, we addressed an issue faced by many clients where certain codes linked to the Remit To address were not being recognized. Initially, only the RE (Remit to Party) code was supported, which allowed for the correct population of the address. We are pleased to announce that support for the RI (Remittance Party) code has now been added. This enhancement guarantees that the Remit To address will be accurately classified and displayed on the image every time.

Remove "RPI |" From Display Tab

We have simplified the tab label to improve clarity and ease of use, particularly for users managing multiple tabs within the same window.

Ability for Admins to Export User List

We have introduced a feature that allows RPI Admins to export a comprehensive list of users. This enhancement enables us to provide detailed insights into active and inactive accounts, as well as the groups to which users belong. By streamlining this information, we can promptly address any inquiries regarding user access for our clients.

    "Based on Queue" Form Functionality

We have implemented a feature that allows certain fields in documents to be designated as required, depending on the specific queue in which the document resides. This enhancement provides clients with greater flexibility and customization options tailored to their workflow needs. For example, accounts payable (AP) clients may find it particularly beneficial that the "Duplicate Reviewed" checkbox is required only when the document is actively being processed in the AP Duplicate Queue. If you are interested in implementing this new feature or would like more information on how it can benefit your organization, please do not hesitate to reach out to your Customer Success Manager.
