New Product Features

Product Features are integrated into our Application Code and are a part of every Yoga Content Production tenant.

Require Comments on Reason Codes

When saving or routing the document, it is now mandatory to provide a comment for the MISSING OR INVALID PO, VENDOR NOT FOUND, and PO VENDOR MISMATCH Reason Codes. This helps ensure that important information is included and improves the overall process.

Enhanced Duplicate Check Functionality

We have improved the functionality of the Yoga Email Connector by adding the capability to log more data from emails. This enhancement allows us to check for duplicate emails and prevent them from being sent to OCR. This helps to ensure that only unique records are processed, reducing unnecessary license counts. This will be enabled by default.
Consolidated Error Email Folder for Monitoring Multiple Mailboxes

We have added the ability to move error emails to a consolidated folder when monitoring multiple mailboxes. This feature is especially helpful for clients who prefer not to monitor AP inboxes or have multiple mailboxes. By enabling this feature, you can easily send error emails to a different mailbox, streamlining your email management process.

This feature is an opt-in feature and will require additional configuration. To enable this feature, please reach out to your Client Success Manager.
