Release Notes for RPI's Yoga Software: New Features, Solution Updates, and Bug Fixes.

New Product Features

Product Features are integrated into our Application Code and are a part of every Yoga Content Production tenant.

AD Sync Scheduling
New functionality has been added to allow for the scheduling of the AD Sync with the Job Scheduler. Clients are now able to manager their users with the AD Sync - this feature can only be seen if a user has been granted Admin access to the AD sync page.

Opt-In Features

Opt-In Features are Product line Feature/functionality that clients can Opt-In, and are not automatically integrated into your Production tenant. Please contact your Client Success Manager for approval to Opt-In.

Scheduled Jobs
New functionality has been added to the platform to allow for the ability to utilize scheduled and manually run jobs. While this is back-end functionality, this does allow for more control for handling and updating documents.
Email Functionality
New functionality has been added for the system to utilize automated yscripts to send email notifications to clients.

Bug Fixes

AD sync
Clients can now manage their users with the AD sync.
Permission Error Update

Users will receive better messages when they don't have permissions to view an item.
