Ability to Reorder PO and Contract Pop-Up Columns, Ability to Upload to Primary Document, & Review GL Lines Pop-Up
New Product Features
Ability to Reorder PO and Contract Columns
We have introduced a feature that enables the ability for reordering the columns in the PO Line and Service Contract Line sections within the line lookup pop-up. This enhancement improves visibility and makes it easier to compare important information across these columns. These changes will need to be set up by Support, if you are interested please reach out to your Customer Success Manager.
Ability to Upload to Primary Document
We are pleased to introduce a new feature that allows users to upload documents directly to the Primary Document. Similar to the process for Supporting Documentation, you can now easily upload files by clicking the upload button or by dragging and dropping them into the designated area. These files will seamlessly merge with the existing record, enhancing your document management capabilities.
Review GL Lines Pop-Up
We have introduced a new feature for reviewing General Ledger (GL) Lines. By clicking on the newly available Review Lines option, a convenient pop-up will appear, allowing you to easily view and edit the GL lines. This pop-up is synchronized with your forms, ensuring that any changes made are automatically saved. For clients managing a substantial number of GL columns, this enhancement significantly improves visibility and efficiency when working with these lines.
