New Product Features
Ability for Straight Through Processing (STP) on Service Contracts
We have now made it possible for service contracts to qualify for Straight Through Processing (STP) in our OCR and Validation scripts. Given the diverse ways organizations handle Service Contracts, implementing this feature involves intricate OCR and STP validation processes that can benefit all clients. If you wish to activate this feature in your environment, please get in touch with your customer success manager.
Email Connector Log Improvements
We have introduced several improvements to the email connector job logs, offering valuable visibility for our Infrastructure team to monitor email processing across all tenants. This enhancement provides us with a better understanding of when PROD impacts occur. This enhancement also empowers our App Support team to address email ticket submissions efficiently.
PDF Conversion Enhancements
Furthermore, we have made improvements to the PDF conversion process within the Yoga platform. This enhancement enables us to handle PDFs with incorrect or malformed metadata more effectively, reducing the number of documents that end up in the Error Folder of our mailbox connector. If you notice a large volume of records in your mailbox error folder, please don't hesitate to contact the RPI team for assistance.
Platform Updates
- AP - Bug Fix: AOC Lines now properly prompt save in all scenarios
RPI identified an issue where, in certain scenarios, adding an AOC line (for clients utilizing the complex AOC section) did not prompt users to save changes on the document. This has been resolved, and now all methods of adding AOC lines will trigger a save prompt if changes have not been saved.
- AP - Bug Fix: System Reason Codes removed from Reason Code List
Previously, system reason codes applied by OCR and validation scripts were mistakenly available for selection in certain queues. We have rectified this issue so that only user-defined reason codes can now be selected in queues.
