Flag Invoices for Relearning, PO Line Updates, Automated Invoices for EXCEL/CSV, and Support
New Product Features
Flagging Invoices for Relearning
A new feature within the application allows users to identify invoices that need relearning. If any information was incorrectly extracted, users can flag the invoice for relearning and provide a comment detailing the issue. These flagged invoices will then be sent back to the system for further training and improvements in invoice OCR accuracy.
Ability to Reorder Po Line Form Columns
We have added the capability to rearrange columns in the PO Line section of the form, allowing for better visibility of specific columns (i.e. Vendor Item). This enhancement enables users to effortlessly compare and view important PO information.
Automated Invoices for Excel/CSV*
Additionally, we are excited to introduce a new add-on for the Yoga for FSM product - Automated Invoices for Excel/CSV. This enables users to input invoice data directly through Excel/CSV lines, which will then automatically generate invoices for smooth processing. The system will populate the form, apply client-specific business rules, and even create an image for a streamlined processing experience.
*This feature requires a separate license, please reach out to your Customer Success Manager for more details!
Platform Updates
- AP - Bug Fix: Support for Large Email Chains as Supporting Documentation
Fixed an issue where long email chains converted to Supporting Documentation would cause crashes. To address this, we have updated the system to truncate these email chains, ensuring that the most recent email information is brought into Yoga as Supporting Documentation.
- AP - Bug Fix: Adding Supporting Documentation via Pop-Out Window
RPI identified a problem where users were unable to upload Supporting Documentation through the image pop-out window. This issue has now been resolved.
