      Yoga Release Notes July 31st, 2023

      Release Notes for RPI's Yoga Software: New Features, Solution Updates, and Bug Fixes. 

      New Product Features

      Product Features are integrated into our Application Code and are a part of every Yoga Production tenant.

      • New Reason Codes 

        Three new invoice processing reason codes will be available for all Yoga for FSM customers:

        • "Not an Invoice" 

          • If the form is valid - Don't allow send to "Post to Infor".
          • If the form is invalid - Allow send to the "AP Cancel" queue.  

        • "Manual Duplicate Invoice" 

          • If the form is valid - Don't allow send to "Post to Infor".
          • If the form is invalid - Allow send to the "AP Duplicate" queue.  

        • "PO Vendor Mismatch"

          • If the form is valid - Don't allow send to "Post to Infor".
          • If the form is invalid - Allow send to the"Purchasing Invoice Resolution" queue.

      Opt-In Features

      Opt-In Features are Product line Feature/functionality that clients can Opt-In, and are not automatically integrated into your Production tenant. Please contact your Client Success Manager for approval to Opt-In. 

      • Ability to Utilize Email Templates

        Customers can now elect to have a custom email template configured by their RPI Yoga support resource. Additionally, customers can select a "style-less" email template for specific emails.
      • Minimum Character Requirement for Form Fields

         Customers will now have the ability to set a minimum amount of characters needed before validating a form field.

      Platform Updates

      • Sort On Alerts within list views

        Yoga for FSM customers will now be able to sort off the alerts within a list view. 

      Bug Fixes

      • Secondary Fields Not Flagging as Required
        A bug that caused secondary fields to not be flagged as required if a field value was missing has now been resolved. 

      • PO Lines unavailable in Line Lookup

        A bug that caused line items to not be present within the line lookup has been resolved, a scroll bar has been added for all master data lookups.
