Improvements to GL Lines & Bug Fixes

New AP Product Features

Ability to Reorder GL % Column

Clients can now customize the position of the percentage column within the GL Lines table, which was previously fixed in the leftmost position. This enhancement offers greater flexibility, allowing users to place this metric alongside related items, such as the amounts. Platform Updates

Bug Fix - Issue with AD Sync with User Context Creation

We identified a problem with setting up Active Directory (AD) Sync for creating User Contexts, which prevented simultaneous configurations in both a client's Production and Test environments. This issue has now been resolved.

Bug Fix - AD Sync Deactivating Users

We identified an issue with the AD Sync feature that affected groups containing more than 100 users. In such cases, the sync process struggled to manage the excess users, resulting in unintended deactivation of accounts once the limit was exceeded. This issue has now been addressed and resolved.

Bug Fix - GL % Miscalculation 

Users reported a problem where rounding discrepancies between the GL percentage column and the GL amount column led to miscalculations while navigating through the lines. We have addressed and resolved this issue.
