Ability to Reorder Document Pages
Our latest update now enables you to rearrange your document pages using the merge and split actions. This feature gives you complete control over how your invoice and supporting documentation are presented.
Ability to add Last Comment Time/Date into List Views
Now, you can easily view the last comment time/date in list views, which is particularly helpful in the Purchasing Invoice Resolution or the AP Review queue. This feature allows team members to quickly identify records that have returned to them, streamlining the process without relying solely on time in queue. Additionally, this information is now accessible in the download to CSV view function for added convenience.

Added Last Comment to List View Downloads
The inclusion of the last comment in all list view downloads allows managers and team members to easily monitor ongoing conversations related to documents. This feature is particularly beneficial for our Supply Chain resources working in the Purchase Invoice Resolution queue, streamlining communication and workflow processes.

Ability to Filter and Sort off Queue Name
We have added the ability to sort and filter off the queue name in your list views. This can be useful for team members in the All Documents to see where documents are within the system.
Display the Number of Pages on Primary and Supporting Documentation
Users now have the option to easily view the number of pages in both the primary and supporting documentation tabs with just a quick glance using the document switcher feature.
AP - General Guides now available in the Knowledge Base
As we continuously introduce new features, the guides provided during implementations may become outdated over time. To address this, we have published our base guides and will regularly update them with the latest functionality. These guides can be utilized for training your end users or updating your own Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) templates.

- AP - Bug Fix: Updates to Currency not Properly Sorting
There have been reports of tenants encountering issues with incorrect currency sorting in their views. Rest assured, this has been resolved.
- Bug Fix: Pop out Window Memory Issue
We have improved the code for pop-out windows to ensure a seamless user experience for all our users. This enhancement aims to address any problems with Google Chrome crashing due to memory issues.
