Yoga Release Notes June 24th, 2026
Release Notes for RPI's Yoga Software: New Features, Solution Updates, Bug Fixes, and Upcoming Releases.
New Product Features
Product Features are integrated into our Application Code and are a part of every Yoga Production tenant.
- Email Details Now Stay With Every Split Page
When you split a document, Yoga already keeps the source email attached to each resulting record. Now the email's details stay with each one too - the From address, subject line, date received, and the rest of the email fields. So every split record remains fully traceable to the email it came from, not just the attached PDF.
Opt-In or Beta Features
Opt-In - Some features are available upon request. Please submit a request to support@rpic.com requesting your support team to configure in your environment
Beta - Early release of a feature to receive client testing and feedback before available to all clients. If you would like to Beta test a feature listed below, please submit a request to support@rpic.com requesting your support team to configure in your TEST environment
- Macro-Enabled Excel (.xlsm) Files Now Supported: Opt-In
Yoga now accepts macro-enabled Excel files (.xlsm) directly - no more opening them and re-saving as .xlsx first. Documents attached as an .xlsm or captured manually in Yoga will now process automatically. Yoga turns the workbook into a clean PDF (every tab included, in order) so you can view and process it like any other document - and your security stays intact, since embedded macros are never run.
Email ingestion requires configuration: To have .xlsm files come in automatically through your email connector, reach out to your CSM or create a support ticket to enable it.
Bug Fixes
- Bulk Line and List Actions Now Stamp Last Edited
When you run a line or list action that updates several documents at once, Yoga now records who made the change and when — the same Last Edited stamp you get when editing a single document. Previously these bulk actions could leave that information blank, making it harder to see who last touched a record. - Master Data Sync No Longer Skips Records
We fixed an issue where the master data sync could skip a small number of records that fell on a paging boundary, occasionally leaving a line off a record. The sync now imports every eligible record, and anything that genuinely can't be synced is surfaced for review instead of being dropped silently.
Upcoming Releases
Planned Features for upcoming releases; timing may shift based on testing and feedback
- Upgrades to OCR v6 (Smarter Document Reading)
We're continuing to roll out and enhance OCR v6, our latest document-reading engine. OCR v6 uses new Content Understanding technology to read and classify documents more accurately - meaning better straight-through processing and fewer fields your team has to touch by hand. - Leadership Management Dashboard
A new dashboard designed to provide leadership-level visibility into operational metrics and performance insights. - Statement Matching
A new integrated workflow to help users manage, review, and reconcile vendor statements within Yoga. - Databricks
Expanded custom reporting capabilities to support more flexible report building and deeper data analysis.
