Improvements to Packing Slips Classification & Bug Fixes

Blank Pages Won't Be Processed for Packing Slips Classification

During the Packing Slips Classification process, there were instances where blank pages were inadvertently separated and created as new records, cluttering the workflow. To address this, we have refined the process to ensure that any blank pages identified will no longer generate a record, streamlining the workflow and enhancing efficiency.

Platform Updates

Bug Fix - Issues with Browser Resizing

Several issues affecting the user interface during browser resizing have been addressed. Users experienced problems where the Download CSV option, column headers, and other elements were either partially obscured or appeared distorted. We have resolved these issues to enhance the overall user experience.

Bug Fix - Issue With Submitting The Same Comment

A bug was identified that caused users to submit the same comment multiple times when clicking the submit button rapidly. This issue has now been resolved.

Bug Fix - Form Lookups: Multiple Match Issue

A problem was identified in which entering a value in a lookup field with two exact matches would not trigger the search pop-up for user selection; instead, the system would automatically select the first match. This could lead to user confusion and the potential for incorrect selections. This issue has been resolved, and now, when multiple matches are found, the search pop-up will appear, allowing users to choose the correct value.

Bug Fix - Rotating a Doc In the Pop-Out Window

A bug was identified in the pop-out document images feature where rotating a document and saving the changes did not retain the new orientation. This issue has been successfully resolved.
