New Product Features

• Supporting Documents Now Stay With Every Split Page 

  When you split a document into multiple records, Yoga now automatically copies the original supporting document (for example, the email it arrived in) onto every new record that's created. That means no matter which split record you open, you'll still have the full context — the email, its details, and any important information - paired right alongside it. This works for both Split and Split All.

• Faster Loading for Large, Multi-Line Invoices
  Invoices with a large number of line items now open much faster in AP Review. Previously, documents with many extracted lines could take anywhere from 30 seconds to over a minute to load and could slow your browser down. We've optimized how this information is loaded and displayed, so these heavier documents open quickly and stay responsive - including when you split or merge pages. 

Bug Fixes

• Emails With Many Attachments Now Process Reliably
  We fixed an issue where emails containing more than 20 attachments could drop files during processing. All attachments are now captured and processed correctly.
• Steadier Email Processing
  We improved how Yoga handles problematic incoming emails. Previously, a single bad email could trigger repeated errors that interrupted your email connection. Now, emails that can't be processed are routed to the Error folder instead of looping - keeping your email intake running smoothly.
• Faster, More Accurate Vendor Lookup
  We resolved a problem that could make vendor lookups and filtering slow or inconsistent. Vendor lookups now return quickly and accurately.

Upcoming Releases

• Upgrades to OCR v6 (Smarter Document Reading)
  We're continuing to roll out and enhance OCR v6, our latest document-reading engine. OCR v6 uses new Content Understanding technology to read and classify documents more accurately - meaning better straight-through processing and fewer fields your team has to touch by hand.
• Leadership Management Dashboard
  A new dashboard designed to provide leadership-level visibility into operational metrics and performance insights.
• Statement Matching
  A new integrated workflow to help users manage, review, and reconcile vendor statements within Yoga.
• Databricks
  Expanded custom reporting capabilities to support more flexible report building and deeper data analysis.
