Yoga Release Notes March 13th, 2023

Release Notes highlight RPI's Yoga Software: New Features, Solution Updates, and Bug Fixes.

New Product Features

Product Features are integrated into our Application Code and are a part of every Yoga Content Production tenant

MasterData Lookup Sorting

Pop-up Boxes are now sorted by ID.
New Reports
A number of new reports (Documents sent to Awaiting Payment By User, Document Ingestion Statistics PO vs. Non-PO, and Straight Through Processing Document Ingestion Statistics) are developed and will soon be available for Yoga Content for FSM customers.

Opt-In Features

Opt-In Features are Product line Feature/functionality that clients can Opt-In, and are not automatically integrated into your Production tenant. Please contact your Client Success Manager for approval to Opt-In.

"Due In" Column for views
A new column was added to the views for Yoga for FSM product that displays how many days until the invoice is due, which allows customers to sort invoices that are closest to being due.
"Page Count" Column for Views
A new column was added to views for the Yoga for FSM product that displays the page count of documents in the system.

Platform Updates

User Management Page Improvements
The User Management page now has a cleaner and more streamlined appearance.
Entity List Layout Page Improvements

Updates to ensure headers display properly and the pages scroll smoothly.
Capture Page Improvements
The Capture & Reset buttons are now fixed at the top of the capture page as a user scrolls. This allows users to not have to scroll back up to the top of the page to select either of the buttons.
Initial Login Improvement
Back-end system updates were made so that users will experience a quicker initial login.
Mobile Reports View Improvement
Updates made for an improved experience when viewing reports using mobile.

Bug Fixes

Edit Display Name
The cancel button has been removed from My Profile settings, and Display name updates no longer trigger "Page Not Found" errors.
Incorrect Title Display in Non-Fullscreen Window

Display issues relating to non-fullscreen windows have been resolved.
View Access
When a user attempts to access a view they do not have permission for, they will receive an error message instead of a never-ending spinning wheel.
Canvas Reader Issue
An issue where invoices from specific vendors were not displaying properly in the document viewer has been resolved
Dates Sorting Incorrectly
The date field has been updated to correctly display the date format (MM-DD-YYYY), and will no longer display the current date if the date field is left empty at the time of capture.
Report Double Header Resolution
A bug that caused report headers to be displayed twice has been resolved.
Avatar Dropdown Dropdown Issue
The issue in which the drop-down would not open when clicked has been resolved.
