Release Notes for RPI's Yoga Software: New Features, Solution Updates, and Bug Fixes.

New Product Features

New Form Triggers for Invoice Routing Categories

Invoice Routing Categories play a crucial role in the invoice approval process. To enhance this feature, we have introduced new triggers that focus on keywords like "starting with" or "contains" to ensure accurate selection of IRCs.

For example, when selecting a company on the IRC, the system will validate that the chosen company aligns with the beginning of the IRC selected. For instance, choosing Company 100 will restrict the selection to IRCs starting with 100-XXXX.

Enhanced Form Validation

RPI has implemented various enhancements to forms during validation and introduced a new user interface to support our consultants in rapid development. These changes aim to ensure that our clients have a positive experience when consultants are making modifications for their specific environments.

Transaction Date has been added to EDI Image Mockup

The transaction date has been included in the Infor or Yoga image mockup to assist end users in identifying when the record was submitted to these software platforms. 

GHX Special Characters Removed from Image Mockup

Previously, GHX used "/" before special characters when transferring files to Infor. We have since eliminated this special character during the image mockup process.

Packing Slips Reason Codes

RPI has integrated the AP Reason Code functionality into our Packing Slip solution! This enhancement enables users to easily route documents for cancellation or within the workflow, mirroring the simplicity of the AP solution.

Platform Updates

• Job Enhancements
  RPI has made several enhancements to our job system to reduce the duration of long-running jobs and improve their resilience. These updates will continue to ensure that our clients' critical jobs run smoothly and without interruption. 
• SFTP Connector Updates
  RPI has added new functionality to our SFTP connector to make it more resilient and also to support additional functionality with retrieving certain EDI files from a SFTP folder. 
  
• New Functionality for Form Changes in Scripting
  We have allowed our form changes to be accessed by our scripting layer which now allows us to taking automatic actions and updated our analytics based on the changes you make!
