Release Notes for RPI's Yoga Software: New Features, Solution Updates, and Bug Fixes.

New Product Features

Product Features are integrated into our Application Code and are a part of every Yoga Content Production tenant

Problem Documents Report
A new report is available for Yoga for FSM customers that grants the ability to review documents that are stuck/have not progressed in a routing path, or are queue-less. This gives increased system flow visibility and provides a useful tool for troubleshooting stuck documents.
Infor Payment Data
A new script, the Check for Payment yScript, was developed to check if items have been marked as paid in the Infor ERP. If items are considered paid in Infor, the script will automatically update the Yoga Content record to reflect their up-to-date status and route them to the appropriate queue.
Email Connector Onboarding - Redirect Page
Changes made to the onboarding process for the Intelligent Email Connector. After accepting the application AD permission request, client administrators will be automatically redirected to a new page confirming onboarding success.

Opt-In Features

Opt-In Features are Product line Feature/functionality that clients can Opt-In, and are not automatically integrated into your Production tenant. Please contact your Client Success Manager for approval to Opt-In.

Key Value Pair Matching Function
A new feature can provide a number of key-value pairs, driven by OCR data. By searching for an array of key items (such as invoice or invoice number), you can return matches for other key-associated invoice information.
AP Duplicate Check Report

A new report is available for Yoga for FSM customers that grants the ability to compare counts of duplicate and non-duplicate records. This provides better visibility on the system removing duplicates from users' queues to improve invoice processing efficiency. Additionally, this report can be filtered by date, allowing customers to see duplicate counts in a custom date range.

Platform Updates

Improved Search in Look-up Pop-Up Boxes
The searching functionality of all Views and Look-Up Pop-Up boxes has been improved. Users no longer need to hit enter after typing in the full search criteria, the system will automatically begin to dynamically search as users are typing, allowing for a quicker retrieval of information.

Bug Fixes

"Due in" Display Update
A bug that occasionally caused the "Due In" date to display in seconds when the correct "Due In" date should be the next day has been resolved.
Incorrect Attachment After Document Conversion

A bug that occasionally resulted in the incorrect attachment when utilizing the Capture Page has been resolved.
Date Picker Time Stamp Update
A resolution has been deployed for an issue that occasionally occurred when removing and then manually re-entering a form date.
