Mass Update Fields From Views, and Page Splitting & Reports for Packing Slips
New Product Features
Mass Update Fields From Views
We are pleased to announce the enhancement of our mass update capabilities within Views. Clients can now incorporate custom mass actions into their queues, tailored to their specific needs. By selecting records in the view, users have the flexibility to update designated fields, add reason codes, route documents, or perform multiple actions simultaneously in a single mass operation. Our Customer Success Team is developing a plan for its rollout to all clients. Stay tuned for further updates!
Packing Slips Reports
We are excited to announce the launch of our inaugural Packing Slips reports! Each packing slips solution will now feature an Overview report page, which includes three comprehensive report widgets:
- Document Ingestion: Users will be able to view the total number of records ingested into the Yoga system within a specified date range. Additionally, the report will provide a breakdown of how many records were processed through STP (Straight Through Processing) without user intervention, as well as the number that required some form of manual validation.
- Documents Per Queue: This report will display the total number of records present in each queue, offering enhanced visibility into the current status of documents within the system.
- User Productivity: This report provides insights into user activity within the system. It presents a high-level overview of the total number of records submitted to IDM and the number of routing actions performed. Users can be selected for a detailed drilldown, which will reveal all documents linked to their specific routing actions.
Page Splitting for Packing Slips
To enhance our Packing Slips solution, we have introduced an automatic page-splitting feature. Often, packing slips are received as a single bundled record but need to be separated and linked to their respective purchase orders and items. Our innovative solution intelligently analyzes these bundles and separates them before they are entered into Yoga, facilitating more efficient Straight Through Processing (STP) and simplifying the record review process. This feature also alleviates the need for manual splitting, whether through page separators during scanning or other methods. If you are interested in implementing this new feature or would like more information on how it can benefit your organization, please do not hesitate to reach out to your Customer Success Team.
Update to Email Connector for Unrecognized File Types
We are excited to announce a new feature that improves our Email Connector's handling of unrecognized and unsupported file types. In the past, the system was required to specify each unsupported file type in the configuration settings. Now, the system can be configured to treat all files as unrecognized by default, unless they are explicitly designated as accepted. This enhancement is particularly beneficial for organizations receiving a wide variety of unique file types from vendors via email, often accompanied by distinctive email signatures. By implementing this feature, our system will be better equipped to manage these diverse file types, ensuring that all relevant documents are properly ingested into Yoga. If you are interested in implementing this new feature or would like more information on how it can benefit your organization, please do not hesitate to reach out to your Customer Success Team.
Ability to Update File Names When Posting to CloudSuite
The system now offers the capability to update file names when posting to CloudSuite. Clients have the option to create custom file names that can incorporate elements such as the invoice number and invoice date. This enhancement ensures that file names are more informative and relevant to the record, instead of retaining the randomly generated Yoga doc ID.
