Updates to AD Sync and New Job functionality

New Product Features

AD Sync

The AD Sync feature has been enhanced to automatically manage user context, enabling clients to efficiently utilize user context for tasks such as invoice assignment rules and with the Yoga for HCM non-employee product line. 

We have also implemented a new process that allows for a combination of AD sync and manual user management.

Job Failure Notification

As part of our efforts to enhance visibility within the job system, we have implemented a notification system that alerts our clients of any failed or locked jobs. Rest assured that while RPI will continue to receive these notifications and address the issue, this proactive measure ensures our clients that we are actively addressing and resolving any issues that may arise. If you are interested in opting into this solution, your customer success manager will be in touch to collect your email address.

Option to Exclude a Field from Tab Navigation

If there are specific fields that you prefer not to include in the tab navigation, you now have the option to exclude them. This allows your users to easily navigate through the form using the tab key.

Platform Updates

• AP - Bug Fix: GL Lines clearing after certain routing paths
  A problem that caused the GL Lines to reset after being routed back to AP Review due to an issue with Infor Integration has been fixed.
  
• AP - Bug Fix: Handling of negative amounts on GL Lines
  Our percentage and amount fields now have improved capabilities in handling negative amounts more effectively.
