Yoga Release Notes May 27th, 2026

Release Notes for RPI's Yoga Software: New Features, Solution Updates, Bug Fixes, and Upcoming Releases.

New Product Features

Product Features are integrated into our Application Code and are a part of every Yoga Production tenant.

  • Clearer Field Change History

We have improved how Yoga tracks field changes so teams can better understand when a document was updated by a person versus when changes were made automatically by the system.
This helps create a clearer picture of true manual effort. For example, if a user changes one field and Yoga automatically updates several related fields, Yoga can now better distinguish the user’s manual change from the system-generated updates. This gives teams cleaner reporting on how often users need to touch records and helps measure where automation is reducing manual work.
Event history will also show clearer indicators for whether a change was made by a user or by automation. This tracking applies to changes moving forward and will not update historical field change data.!

  • Bulk Apply Line Coding: Opt-In
We have added a new bulk apply option for supported invoice line tables. This allows users to copy configured coding values from Line 1 to all lines or to selected lines, helping speed up coding when multiple invoice lines use the same values.
This is currently available only on supported custom invoice line tables and is not available on PO, GL, or Service Contract line sections at this time.

    • Help Resource Center: Opt-In
We have added a new optional Help area in Yoga to make support documentation easier to access. When enabled, users can open help content directly from within Yoga instead of needing to search through separate resource's can work with their Yoga team to opt in and customize the Help section with guidance, instructions, images, and other helpful documentation specific to their workflow. This gives users a central place to find the information they need while working in Yoga.

    Bug Fixes

    • Improved Line Pairing with Decimal Formatting Difference
We fixed an issue where some invoice lines were not pairing correctly when the unit cost on the invoice and the PO line had small decimal formatting differences. Yoga now handles those formatting differences more reliably, helping valid invoice lines pair as expected.
    • Improved Line Actions

We fixed an issue where date-based line actions were not updating fields as expected in certain forms. For example, when a status was changed from active to inactive, the related end date can now update correctly based on the configured form logic.

We also clarified permission handling for custom line actions so access can be controlled more reliably by user group.

    Upcoming Releases

Planned Features for upcoming releases; timing may shift based on testing and feedback

    • Leadership Management Dashboard

    • Statement Matching
