      GL Coding updates and EDI solution coming to General Availability

      New Product Features

      GL Coding Updates

      GL lines have received multiple updates to enforce policies and make it easier for AP teams to use

      • The tabbing functionality has been enhanced to streamline the process for end users to efficiently fill out GL lines.
      • GL Lines now have the capability to mandate columns, ensuring that all necessary columns are completed.

      • GL lines now have the ability to apply formatters, ensuring that free text fields only accept alphabetic characters or numbers. Additionally, you can enforce a maximum number of decimals for added accuracy and consistency in data entry.

      Shift + Enter Functionality

      By pressing shift + enter, users can now conveniently send their document to the Post to FSM queue with just a quick keystroke. This action will automatically display the next document in the view, allowing for a seamless workflow. Not only does this feature save time and effort, but it also ensures that any filtering or sorting preferences that have been set in the view are maintained, providing a smooth and efficient user experience.

      Ability to Download Supporting Documentation

      If you have any additional supporting documents, you now have the option to download both the main document and any accompanying materials using the "Download All Documents"

      Platform Updates

      • AP - Bug Fix: Section Headers Being Closed Caused Issues during Save
        If you had minimized section headers, it could lead to data not being saved. Rest assured, this issue has been identified and resolved with the latest update.
        • AP - EDI Solution
          Based on feedback from our BETA users, enhancements have been implemented in the EDI solution to improve workflow and enhance STP efficiency. This solution will be relased to GA Monday the 13th and we will be reaching out to clients to see it in their TEST environments.
