Ability to Clear Filters, Paging Through Documents, Adding Lines Without Paring, & Bug Fixes
New Product Features
Ability to Clear Filters
This new feature enhances your ability to identify which columns have filters applied by introducing new icons and bold text on the columns themselves. Additionally, a view button is now available to display all applied filters and sorting criteria. You can also easily clear all filters and sorting directly from the view.
Paging Through Documents
You can now easily navigate through documents with the new paging feature. While reviewing a document, you will see newly added arrow buttons located between the Route and Notes buttons. These arrows enable you to swiftly move to the next or previous document without the need to route. Additionally, the term "Document Notes" has been simplified to "Notes," streamlining the top row and accommodating two new buttons for enhanced usability.
Ability to Add Lines Without Pairing Them
A new button has been introduced that enables users to add lines without pairing. Previously, there was only one option for adding lines and automatically pairing them. This enhancement is particularly beneficial in scenarios where fields, such as Quantity, require updates from what is in the master data before the pairing process. This feature is available for all line tables that derive data from master sources, including Purchase Orders (PO), Service Contracts, and Packing Slips.
Platform Updates
Bug: Detailed Reason Codes Being Automatically Applied
An issue was identified where detailed reason codes did not automatically apply routing restrictions upon selection. As a result, the available routes would only display correctly after the document was saved, which could lead to confusion regarding the routes accessible for the document. This issue has now been resolved.
Bug: Some Emails for Supporting Documentation Not Formatted
A previously identified issue, where emails containing JPG images were causing formatting problems for converted supporting documentation, has been successfully resolved.
