Yoga Release Notes November 1st, 2022

Release Notes for RPI's Yoga Software: New Features, Solution Updates, and Bug Fixes.

Product Features are integrated into our Application Code and are a part of every Yoga Content Production tenant.

Ability to Download Images

When viewing a document, users now have the ability to export & download to PDF. The name of the PDF will be the Yoga Content DOCID#.
Send to OCR Button - Split Pages
A "Send to OCR" button is now on the “Split Pages” Pop-up Box. This button allows a user to resend the document through OCR to properly capture the split pages, and when clicked, will display a dropdown of all available OCR route options.

Split Pages Encryption Error
A warning now appears when users attempt to split pages on encrypted documents.
Split Pages Save Changes

If a user makes changes on the form and then opens up the Split Page functionality, a pop-up will appear asking if they would like to save changes.
Delete Document Confirmation Pop-Up
If a user clicks the “Delete Document” option, a pop-up will appear confirming they wish to delete the document or to cancel.
Capture Page Form Enhancement

Removed excess fields from the form to enhance the user experience.
Remove the Cursor on Labels

The mouse cursor will now display the arrow icon when hovering over form labels.
Remove “Ago” from Time In Queue

Removed the word "ago" from the time in the queue column on view (ex: “5 days ago” now “5 days” ).

Deleting PO Line Does Not Recalculate Distributed Amount
An issue has been resolved where if a PO line was deleted, the Amount Distributed was not updating.
Route Button Updates

An issue where the Route Button was not respecting permissions has been resolved.
