Ability to Cancel Vendor Portal Invites, New Multi-Select Field, & Bugs Fixes
New Product Features
Vendor Portal: Ability to Cancel Invite
Users in the Vendor Portal now have the capability to cancel an invitation that has been sent to a vendor. This feature is particularly beneficial for vendors who have expressed a desire not to proceed with onboarding to the system. By selecting the "Cancel Invite" option on the Vendor Management page, you can change their status back to "not invited." This helps maintain a more organized list of invited vendors, making it easier to identify those who still require follow-up for onboarding completion.
New Field Type: Multi-Select Dropdown
This new field type provides greater flexibility for form completion, enabling users to select multiple items from a predefined dropdown list. If you think this field could be valuable on one of your forms, please reach out to your Customer Success Manager.
Platform Updates
Bug: View "Contains" Filter Not Persisting
A previous issue affected users who applied a "Contains" filter to a view column. If they navigated away and then returned to the view, the filter value would still appear, but the filter type would unexpectedly change to "equals." This alteration resulted in the view displaying no data, as the criteria no longer matched. This issue has now been resolved.
Bug: Currency Fields Permission Update
A recent issue was identified where users without the necessary permissions were able to edit currency fields. This has now been corrected to ensure that only authorized users can make changes to these fields.
