Updates to Document Notes and the Ability to Attach Emails as Supporting Documentation!

New AP Product Features

Ability to Add Emails As Supporting Documentation

The Supporting Documentation tabs now support uploading ".msg" and ".eml" email files, enabling both AP and Supply Chain users to attach relevant external vendor correspondence directly to their records. These email attachments will also be transferred to the Related Documents Tab in Infor and IDM, ensuring streamlined access and comprehensive documentation across platforms. At this time opening either will have them download to your "downloads" folder.

New Document Note Filtering!

We’ve improved document note filtering to create a more streamlined and transparent user experience. The updated filtering interface lets end users quickly identify and adjust which notes are visible, with clear indicators showing all active filters. Filters now stay in place as users move between documents, so your preferences remain consistent throughout your workflow. For end users in the purchasing Invoice Resolution queue, this will let you see only comments from your AP and Supply Chain colleagues.
