GL Uploads, Search Improvements & Bugs Fixes
New AP Product Features
General Ledger Line Uploads
We’ve added a powerful new way to work with GL coding! Users can now download existing GL line coding into an Excel or CSV file, make updates or add new lines offline, and then re-upload the file back into Yoga to instantly populate the GL form.
If no lines exist yet, the download will generate a file with column headers that match your GL configuration, making it easy to build coding from scratch.
This enhancement is especially valuable for invoices with a large number of GL lines. Instead of clicking through field-by-field, you can quickly type or paste data into Excel—speeding up validation and reducing manual entry errors.
You can also continue to navigate GL lines efficiently by using the Tab key to advance to the next column or the Enter key to move to the next row.
Improvements to Lookup Searching
Clients now have more options to fine-tune how lookup modals return results within their environment. Searches can be set to focus only on the primary field (like PO Number), draw from related fields (like Vendor Number for Vendor Location), or even allow both approaches on the same form. With this added flexibility, lookup searches will no longer pull in extra values that aren’t useful, ensuring users only see the results that matter. This makes searching more intuitive and aligned to each client’s workflow, helping users find the right information faster.
Bug Fixes
Email Connector Handling Large Emails
We’ve resolved an error where certain emails with many inline attachments could cause the email connector to fail with an out-of-memory error. With this fix, those emails are now processed successfully and moved to the Archive folder instead of Error.
This improvement ensures greater reliability in email capture, even when handling large or complex messages.
