New Ability to Mass Route Documents, Filter Dropdowns & Bug Fixes

New Product Features

Ability to Have Filter Dropdowns

Users can now take advantage of dropdown menus for enhanced filtering in Views. This feature is particularly beneficial for fields with a limited number of options, such as Invoice Type, as it enables quicker selections without the need for typing. Additionally, users can select multiple values, providing greater flexibility in their filtering options. If you would like to set up dropdowns for any of your view filters, please contact your Customer Success Manager for assistance.

Mass Route Documents with Reason Codes

This new feature enables users to select multiple records (or all records) within a view and route them simultaneously using reason codes. The existing rules for reason code routing and associated comments remain applicable to this functionality. This enhancement simplifies the process of routing documents that require the same action, improving overall efficiency.

Platform Updates

• Bug Fix: "Send Document to OCR" on Split Page not Working 
  A fix has been implemented for an issue related to sending a document to OCR after pages have been split. Previously, users encountered an error when attempting to use the "Send to OCR" option in the Split Document popup. This issue has now been resolved, allowing for seamless document processing.
