Release Notes for RPI's Yoga Software: New Features, Solution Updates, and Bug Fixes.

New Product Features

• Merging Documents 

  Yoga for FSM now supports the ability to merge documents, providing users with a more streamlined and efficient invoice processing experience!

  For instructions on how to leverage the new merging documents feature, please visit our Merging Documents User Guide. 
• Attaching Supporting Documentation

  Yoga for FSM now supports the ability to attach supporting documentation to any invoice! This feature greatly improves inter-departmental collaboration by ensuring all required supporting information is readily accessible within the invoice record.

• Unread Comment Notification 

  Miss comments no more! Yoga now displays a visual notification if there are unread comments on a document, helping to ensure no communication is missed during invoice processing. A visual example can be found below:

Platform Updates

• View Builder Enhancements
  The Queue Name and Document Type Name categories have been added as available categories while building or editing views.
• Preventing Blank Spaces in Required Fields
  Blank spaces are no longer read as valid inputs in required form fields.
