Yoga Release Notes March 3rd, 2026

Release Notes for RPI's Yoga Software: New Features, Solution Updates, Bug Fixes, and Upcoming Releases.

New Product Features

Product Features are integrated into our Application Code and are a part of every Yoga Production tenant.

  • User Management Export – Added Last Updated Fields

The User Management Excel export now includes two additional columns: Last Updated By and Last Updated Date.

These fields display who most recently modified each user record and when the update occurred. If the update was performed by an automated process (such as AD sync), the “Last Updated By” field will display System.

There are no changes to the User Management list view UI. This update improves audit visibility when reviewing user changes outside the application.

An screenshot example of an export can be found below:

  • Improved Reason Code & Routing Consistency in AP Review

We’ve standardized vendor-related reason codes and clarified routing behavior within AP Review.

Vendor lookup discrepancies now use a single consolidated reason code: Vendor Not Found. All historical invoices previously using legacy vendor-related codes have been updated to reflect this standardized value.

A new reason code, Vendor Updates Required, supports vendor maintenance workflows and requires a comment when routing.

Comments are now required when routing from AP Review to most downstream queues (except Posting, AP Cancel, and Statement).

When an invoice is routed to Posting, any system-applied reason code is automatically cleared. If a document is returned to AP Review from a downstream queue, the system will apply a reason code in the format: Returned From <<Queue>>, clearly indicating where the document was last processed.

These updates provide clearer invoice state visibility and more consistent communication across workflows.

Opt-In or Beta Features

Opt-In - Some features are available upon request. Please submit a request to support@rpic.com requesting your support team to configure in your environment

Beta - Early release of a feature to receive client testing and feedback before available to all clients. If you would like to Beta test a feature listed below, please submit a request to support@rpic.com requesting your support team to configure in your TEST environment

  • Simplified Excel & CSV Invoice Parsing- Opt-In

For clients who upload invoices using Excel or CSV files, we’ve expanded parsing support to better accommodate single-invoice file formats.

Vendors can now submit spreadsheet files where each row represents a line item for one invoice, without requiring a separate header/line indicator column or special template structure. Invoice-level information is read from the first row, and each subsequent row is processed as a line item.

This reduces vendor formatting requirements and makes it easier to support standard one-invoice-per-file spreadsheet submissions.

  • Multi-PO Packing Slip Processing-Opt-In

Packing slips that reference multiple purchase orders are now fully supported.

Each referenced PO is validated before processing completes, ensuring accuracy and eliminating the risk of partial completion. If all POs are valid, the document processes successfully and maintains full traceability to the original packing slip image. If any PO is invalid, the document routes for review to protect data integrity.

Bug Fixes

  • There were no bug fixes included in this sprint.

Upcoming Releases

Enhanced vendor rule management capabilities to provide greater flexibility and administrative control over vendor-specific processing rules.

  • Leadership Management Dashboard
A new dashboard designed to provide leadership-level visibility into operational metrics and performance insights.
