Yoga Release Notes March 17th, 2026
Release Notes for RPI's Yoga Software: New Features, Solution Updates, Bug Fixes, and Upcoming Releases.
New Product Features
Product Features are integrated into our Application Code and are a part of every Yoga Production tenant.
- FSM: Supporting Email Removal & IDM Attachment Posting
Users can now remove incorrectly uploaded .eml or .msg email files from Supporting Documentation. A Remove (X) icon allows users with upload permissions to permanently delete these attachments if they were added in error. Removal can be performed from any queue or document state, and all removals are recorded in the audit trail.
Additionally, when a document posts to IDM, any attached .eml or .msg supporting documents will be included and sent in their original format as attachments on the primary document record. If posting fails, the document will return to AP Review, where users can retry posting or remove the attachment before reposting.
Please see example below:

- FSM: Filter by “Returned From” Reason Codes in Views
Users can now filter and sort by “Returned From” reason codes (for example, Returned From Purchasing Invoice Resolution or Returned From Vendor Maintenance) directly within document views. Previously, these values appeared in the Last Reason Code column but were not available as filter options.
This update allows users to quickly identify documents returned from specific sub-processing queues, improving visibility and queue management. These system-generated “Returned From” reason codes remain view-only and will not appear in reason code selection dropdowns for manual use.
Please see example below:
Opt-In or Beta Features
Opt-In - Some features are available upon request. Please submit a request to support@rpic.com requesting your support team to configure in your environment
Beta - Early release of a feature to receive client testing and feedback before available to all clients. If you would like to Beta test a feature listed below, please submit a request to support@rpic.com requesting your support team to configure in your TEST environment
- FSM: Email Sent Column in Views- Opt-In
A new optional “Email Sent” column is available to help users quickly identify whether an email has been sent from an invoice without opening Document Notes, reducing extra clicks during processing.
When a user successfully sends an email using Yoga’s Send Email function, the column will display “Y.” The column can be added through Customize View, supports filtering, and is also included in CSV downloads and async send exports. This indicator only tracks emails sent after the feature is enabled and does not reflect historical email activity. System-generated emails are not included.
Please see example below:

Bug Fixes
-
Yoga: Email Connector Stability Improvement
- Resolved an issue where a problematic email could cause the email connector job to fail. Emails that cannot be processed will now be routed to the error folder while the connector continues processing other messages.
-
FSM: Improved Email Formatting for Supporting Documentation
-
Resolved an issue where email bodies saved as Supporting Documentation could appear collapsed into a single block of text. Email formatting is now preserved in both the Document Viewer and downloaded files
-
- Vendor Portal Status Correction
-
Resolved an issue where a vendor’s status could change from Active to Accepted when additional vendor users were invited. Vendors that have already completed onboarding will now remain Active when new users are added.
-
Upcoming Releases
Planned Features for upcoming releases; timing may shift based on testing and feedback
- Vendor Rule Management
Enhanced vendor rule management capabilities to provide greater flexibility and administrative control over vendor-specific processing rules. - Leadership Management Dashboard
