Yoga Release Notes March 31st, 2026
Release Notes for RPI's Yoga Software: New Features, Solution Updates, Bug Fixes, and Upcoming Releases.
New Product Features
Product Features are integrated into our Application Code and are a part of every Yoga Production tenant.
- ERP-Agnostic PO Line Item Label - AP
The PO Lines grid on PO invoices now displays Item instead of Infor Item, improving consistency across ERP environments without changing the underlying value or behavior.

Opt-In or Beta Features
Opt-In - Some features are available upon request. Please submit a request to support@rpic.com requesting your support team to configure in your environment
Beta - Early release of a feature to receive client testing and feedback before available to all clients. If you would like to Beta test a feature listed below, please submit a request to support@rpic.com requesting your support team to configure in your TEST environment
- Customizable AOC (Add-On Costs) Object - AP: Opt-In
A new form configuration option allows administrators to customize the Add-On Costs (AOC) section by form. Clients can rename, hide, add, or reorder AOC regions so the layout better matches their business process and ERP setup. This is especially helpful for organizations that do not use standard Freight, Misc, and Tax layouts and instead need configurations such as header-level tax only, alternate charge labels, or additional cost types like surcharges or environmental fees. Existing AOC calculations and posting behavior remain unchanged.
- Feature Name: Service PO Open Amount Validation - AP : Opt-In
A new validation option is available for service PO invoices to help ensure the total paired service amount matches the total open service PO amount exactly before routing. When enabled, Yoga checks only service PO lines and can display either a warning or an error based on configuration. This helps prevent downstream exceptions in Infor caused by mismatched service PO billing amounts.

- Ability to Not Utilize Archive Folder on SFTP-AP: Opt-In
Source SFTP jobs now support more flexible file handling for vendors with different file delivery setups. SFTP is a secure way for vendors to send files to Yoga automatically. Depending on the vendor’s process, files can still be archived, deleted after successful processing, or supported in environments where files are automatically removed once accessed. This helps support reliable processing when a traditional archive folder is not available.
- Generic XML Invoice Ingestion- AP : Add-On
Yoga now supports XML invoice ingestion through configured SFTP jobs, email attachment jobs, and capture upload. XML data can be parsed through the existing job transformer framework to create a Yoga invoice and generate a PDF as the primary document, without relying on OCR for extraction. Once created, the invoice continues through the standard validation, review, and routing process. This capability is available as an add-on offering for clients who want to expand their invoice ingestion capabilities.
Bug Fixes
- Remove Invalid Invoice Amount Reason Code
An invalid reason code option has been removed from the complex reason code list in AP Review. This update improves accuracy in the reason code selection experience and aligns the list with current system functionality.
Upcoming Releases
Planned Features for upcoming releases; timing may shift based on testing and feedback
- Vendor Rule Management
Enhanced visibility into Vendor-specific metrics and vendor rule management capabilities that will provide greater flexibility and administrative control over vendor-specific processing rules. This functionality will be rolled out gradually to clients as we continue testing. - Leadership Management Dashboard
A new dashboard designed to provide leadership-level visibility into operational metrics and performance insights.
