New View Filters: Is Empty & Is Not Empty

We’ve added new “Is Empty” and “Is Not Empty” filters to all text and number fields in list views, providing a faster way to pinpoint missing information or confirm that critical details are complete. This enhancement makes it easy to identify invoices missing a PO, verify that vendor or buyer fields are complete, and streamline exception handling without additional setup. The filters work seamlessly across all views, and save with your preferences —helping ensure cleaner, more accurate data every time.

Update to Purchasing Invoice Resolution Report Drilldown

We’ve improved the Purchasing Invoice Resolution User Productivity drilldown to provide more transparent, more accurate reporting. Previously, the drilldown included confusing and unnecessary values that didn’t align with the top-level report, leading to misleading productivity numbers. Now, the drilldown has been updated to the same “route actions” event-based format used in the Overview Report, ensuring that each line represents a specific routing action rather than just the document itself. With this change, the drill-down metrics now directly match the top-level productivity counts, providing managers with a more reliable and transparent view of user performance.

New Packing Slips Product Features

Reason Codes For Packing Slips

We’ve expanded our powerful Reason Code functionality beyond invoices and into Packing Slips! With this update, clients can now utilize the same flexible and configurable tools they rely on in AP for managing exceptions and workflows. Packing Slips now support custom reason codes, a dedicated hold option (with required comments and clear status icons), and a new Receiving type that routes to a Receiving Resolution queue before returning to the main Packing Slip Review queue. This enhancement brings the full suite of advanced routing, commenting, and filtering capabilities to Packing Slips, making it easier than ever to track, resolve, and manage exceptions in a way that fits your organization’s unique processes. Bug Fixes

Issue With Routing Hotkey 

We’ve resolved an issue in the Send Email pop-up where pressing Shift+Enter unintentionally triggered the routing hotkey. Since users in this popup window are focused on writing an email—not routing a document—this caused unexpected behavior when they simply wanted to add a new line to their message. With this fix, Shift+Enter now works as intended for formatting emails, and routing will only occur from the main document view. This makes the email experience smoother and prevents accidental misroutes.
