Improvements To Reason Code Filtering/Searching

Reason codes just got smarter and easier to work with! In addition to the refreshed look and feel, the dropdown in Views now mirrors the same color-coding system you see on the main view—making it easier to spot what you need at a glance. We’ve also introduced type-ahead searching within the dropdown, so you can quickly locate the exact code you’re looking for without endless scrolling. These enhancements streamline your workflow and make navigating reason codes faster and more intuitive than ever.

Ability to Utilize Distribution Codes for GLs

Save time and reduce manual entry with our new support for Distribution Codes! By simply selecting a Distribution Code, Yoga will automatically prepopulate your GL lines with the correct accounts and amount distributions—no more repetitive typing or second-guessing. This feature ensures accuracy, speeds up invoice processing, and keeps your team focused on reviewing instead of keying. If you’d like to enable Distribution Codes, please reach out to your SaaS support team for setup.

Ability to Filter off Multiple Values in Views

We’ve made filtering in Views even more powerful! Users can now search using multiple values at once—perfect for scenarios like tracking down several invoice numbers in a single pass. Just separate your entries with a semicolon (;) and Yoga will automatically tailor your results to include all matches. This enhancement saves time, reduces repetitive searching, and makes it easier than ever to quickly find exactly what you’re looking for.

GL UI Improvements

We’ve enhanced the GL lines experience by improving horizontal scrolling. Now, every column on the form can be easily viewed, making it simpler to navigate and review all your data without missing a detail. This update ensures smoother, more efficient GL coding and a cleaner user experience.

Bug Fixes

Receiving Lines Pairing Issue

We resolved an issue that prevented receiving lines from being paired on the form. Pairing functionality is now restored, so users can once again match lines quickly and without interruption.
