Yoga Release Notes July 21st, 2026
Release Notes for RPI's Yoga Software: New Features, Solution Updates, Bug Fixes, and Upcoming Releases.
New Product Features
New Yoga product features: Yoga FSM Reports, Statement Matching, and Intelligent Vendor Management — plus additional updates rolling out to all tenants.
New Yoga Reports Experience
A New & Improved Yoga FSM Reports experience is now visible in Yoga for every tenant. The new Yoga reports introduce purpose-built views at both the leadership and management levels: executives get KPIs, exception visibility, and open accrual insight at a glance, while AP & SC managers get the operational detail to run the floor every day.
EDI Reporting — New EDI reporting gives teams that process electronic invoices better visibility into EDI activity, volume, and exceptions - right inside Yoga.
Packing Slip Reporting — Dedicated packing slip reporting helps your team track, review, and report on packing slip documents alongside the rest of your AP workflow.
One unified experience: shared navigation, flexible date filtering, and exports - built for every level of your AP organization.

Statement Matching
We've added Statement Matching Product Line to Yoga for FSM. The feature automatically matches vendor statements against your AP data, investigates every unmatched line, and surfaces exceptions before a reviewer ever opens the statement - so your team spends less time reconciling spreadsheets against PDF statements and more time on higher-value work.

Interested in Statement Matching for your organization? We can demo this in your environment - in under an hour! Email YogaSupport@RPIC.com to learn more.
Additional features released for statement reconciliation:
- Multi-page statements stay intact as a single record after ingestion (no more split partial statements)
- Export accrued items to Excel or CSV for upload into your ERP
- Payment and receipt details on each statement line — payment status, check number, amounts, dates, PO code, plus received status and received date from your ERP
- Customizable columns in the statement viewer — show, hide, resize, and reorder columns; your layout is saved per user
- Filter indicator and reset — see when filters are applied on the statement record grid and clear them in one click
- Download statement to CSV — export the full statement (all records and columns, including hidden ones) from the statement viewer
- Last Comment from Doc Notes shown as a read-only column on each line
- Auto-match on intake for lines that reference invoices already in AP Paid (including improved partial invoice-number matching)
Intelligent Vendor Management Dashboard
Intelligent Vendor Management is live as a view-only dashboard in Yoga. Your window into your vendor performance and insights such as $ Spend, Invoice Breakdown, STP of invoices, as well as the backend rules and management.

Clearer EDI Invoice Images and Line Details
EDI-sourced invoices now display more complete and accurate information on both the invoice image and extracted-lines view - so what you see in Yoga matches what the supplier sent on the electronic invoice:
● The vendor name on the image comes from the supplier's 810 when available, not the ERP vendor master (master data is used only as a fallback when the EDI file has no vendor name).
● Payment terms from the EDI file appear next to the vendor name on the image header (blank when the supplier did not send terms).
● Remit To on the EDI image shows the full remit address from the electronic invoice - not just the first address line.
● The column previously labeled Buyer # is now Vendor Item everywhere it appears on extracted lines.
Posting and matching behavior is unchanged - these updates affect display only.
Simpler Search in Lookups and Lists
The Search All field has been removed from entity lookup popups, list views, and mass-assign pickers. Per-column and standard search controls remain - the experience is cleaner and less confusing.
Opt-In or Beta Features
Opt-In - Some features are available upon request. Please submit a request to YogaSupport@rpic.com to configure it in your environment.
Beta - Early release of a feature to receive client testing and feedback before available to all clients. If you would like to Beta test a feature listed below, please submit a request to YogaSupport@rpic.com requesting your support team to configure in your TEST environment
When enabled for your tenant, you can select multiple records in a view and download all of their primary documents in one action - no need to open each document individually. Choose Download Primary Documents from the Actions menu when line items are selected; multiple files arrive together (for example, in a single zip). Files are named so you can trace each one back to its record. Records you don't have permission to download are skipped, and you're told which ones were excluded.
An example can be found below:
Databricks Data Access - Beta
We're introducing a new product offering that streams your organization's Yoga data into your own Databricks environment — so your team can run custom reports, dashboards, and analysis in Databricks without manual exports from Yoga.

Bug Fixes
Split and Re-Processed Invoices No Longer False-Flag as DuplicatesWhen a document was split and re-processed, Yoga could incorrectly treat the new pieces as duplicates of the original — routing them to the duplicate queue even though they were part of the same lineage. Split siblings and parent documents are now excluded from duplicate matching, so legitimately re-processed work can continue. Historical cases affected by this issue are being corrected.
Spreadsheet PDFs Include All ColumnsWhen Yoga converts a spreadsheet attachment to PDF, wide worksheets no longer clip off populated columns. Header fields, line amounts, and reference numbers from consolidated invoice spreadsheets remain visible and readable in the converted PDF.
PDFs Display at the Correct ProportionsSome PDFs with a non-standard page origin rendered squished or stretched in the document viewer. Pages now display at their true aspect ratio, matching the downloaded file. Document-reading overlays stay aligned with the corrected page dimensions.
Paid Invoice Routing for v10 ERP TenantsFor tenants on v10 ERP, the Move to Paid action now uses the correct ERP configuration to detect paid invoices. Invoices that are paid in the ERP route to AP Paid reliably again instead of getting stuck in Awaiting Payment.
Upcoming Releases
Planned Features for upcoming releases; timing may shift based on testing and feedback
-
Agentic Foundation
Agentic Foundation is the platform layer for Yoga's next generation of intelligent invoice processing, with two concurrent workstreams in development:Context Manager — A central knowledge layer for your organization's AP context: policies, vendor knowledge, and processing rules that power AI capabilities across the platform.
Agentic Invoice Processor — AI agents that process invoices end-to-end, resolve exceptions that rule-based automation cannot, with human oversight at every step.
-
Customer Service Agent
The Customer Service Agent removes friction by meeting vendors where they already communicate with you — responding directly to the invoice status requests and payment questions arriving in your AP inbox. Vendors get instant, accurate answers pulled from the transaction record, inquiry volume drops, and your team focuses on work that requires judgment.
